SWIMMING WHILE
IN BRANSON:
***For those cheerleaders planning on swimming, using the
hot tub, or going to the waterpark while in Branson-----At
this competition ONLY, Jeff & Craig will allow 1 HR of
swimming at the MOST on the day before competing. This is
only because some people are staying at the hotel with the
indoor waterpark. Please swim early in the day after we
leave the convention center, not right before bedtime.
Swimming & the hot tub cause the cheerleader’s muscles to
relax so much that the muscles can not perform as needed
during the routine. The negative results of swimming were
seen at the Tulsa competition. If this rule is followed and
no problems arise during the competition, Jeff will consider
this same rule at futures competitions. We want our athletes
to be at their best performance level, so please follow this
rule.
