Be on time to competitions! Late arrivals cause a stressful start to competitions.
Cheerleaders represent the Oklahoma Twister Gym, so act accordingly. Show good sportsmanship and be respectful. Support all of the Twister Squads.
The Cheerleaders are to arrive in uniform and make-up (don't forget the bow and tattoo) If a cheerleader is on more than one squad, remember to bring the other uniform if it is different than the primary squad's uniform.
Arrive at the warm-up meeting place on time! Do not make the coaches search the competition site for you.
The cheerleaders are to stay with the coaches and squad parents once dropped off at meeting place for warm-ups. We don't want to misplace anyone.
Cheerleaders will sit with their squad during the awards presentations at competitions.

All cheerleaders are to stay in uniform until after awards at competitions. If cheerleaders change into a Twister t-shirt after performing, they need to change back into their uniform for the Awards.
Do not leave the assigned are without checking with the coaches or squad parent about meeting times. We have set warm-ups and performance times. Make sure parents know where you are going if you leave the stands. Sometimes the warm-up time and performance time changes and are moved up or back on the schedule.
No fingernail polish or jewelry can be worn at competition. Judges can give deductions to the squad's score.
Tell coaches or squad parent when your parent comes to get you after performing or Awards.
